In the event of an illness or injury requiring urgent medical attention, and if unable to  wait for an appointment with your regular doctor, or if it is outside operating hours, call 07 348 1000 or come down to Lakes PrimeCare for assistance. 

We also welcome visitors to Rotorua who need to see a doctor urgently.

For ongoing medical care you may be referred back to your GP practice. We recommend that Rotorua citizens register with a GP practice in Rotorua. 

Lakes Care Pharmacy is conveniently next doors and open every day from 8.30am to 9.30pm.

For emergencies please call 111 for an ambulance or visit the Emergency Department at your nearest hospital.
