When you have an illness or injury that needs urgent medical attention and you can’t wait for an appointment with your regular doctor, or it is past their working hours, call 07 348 1000 or come down to Lakes PrimeCare to be seen.
We welcome visitors to Rotorua who need to see a doctor urgently.
For ongoing medical care you may be referred back to your GP practice. We recommend that Rotorua citizens register with a GP practice in Rotorua.
Lakes Care Pharmacy is conveniently next doors and open every day from 8.30am to 9.30pm.

Ear infections, UTI’s, allergies and fevers are amongst the many urgent medical concerns that can be assessed and treated at Lakes PrimeCare.
Our clinical staff are experienced in fracture management. You will be referred to x-rays or a specialist if required.
