If your doctors’ practice is closed for the day or they have no available appointments, then call 07 348 1000 or come down to Lakes PrimeCare if you feel your medical condition or injury requires urgent medical care.
We also care for visitors to Rotorua who need to see a doctor urgently.

Lakes Care Pharmacy is in the same building and open every day from 8.30am–9.30pm.
After your consultation, we may refer you back to your doctors’ practice or recommend that you register with a practice in Rotorua for ongoing medical care.
Don't postpone having cuts, sprains, burns, fractures and other injuries treated as soon as possible. Start the recovery process: give us a call or walk straight in.
Ear infections, UTI’s, allergies, fevers are amongst the many urgent medical concerns that can be assessed and treated at Lakes PrimeCare.
For an injury, with a suspected fracture, come see us. Our clinical staff are experienced in fracture management and can refer you to a specialist if required.
These infusions are available for locally enrolled patients by referral from your doctor only.
