CLINICAL NURSE LEADER

We require a Clinical Nurse Leader to join our busy clinic, working closely with the Medical Director and Business Manager. This is a pivotal role within the clinic and we are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence, enthusiasm, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills. You would be responsible for coordinating nursing services, constantly looking for continuous improvement, implementing initiatives and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. The role requires you to provide quality leadership to the nursing team, to lead by example, and demonstrate empathy and respect towards both colleagues and patients alike. If you enjoy a challenge and working in a fast paced environment, are adaptable and flexible, have a good sense of humor, then this is a great opportunity to make the role your own. We are open to flexible work arrangements.

URGENT CARE DOCTORS

We have an opportunity for several Urgent Care Doctors to join our busy clinic and close knit team. We are a RNZCUC approved training facility and you will be working with our highly experienced Medical Director (RNZCUC Fellow). We are an accredited teaching practice for the University of Auckland medical students. We can provide you with a combination of weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts, a supportive urgent care training environment, a long term career path for the right person. Full-time and part-time roles available. You will bring to the role high quality care in a busy urgent care setting, excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to a wide range of patients. You should hold a current annual practicing sertificate with the Medical Council of New Zealand, be working towards becoming a RNZCUC Fellow, and be legally eligible to work in New Zealand.
